Local publishers are faced with modern pressures to find new ways to offer value in their markets. For this reason, they turn to digital tools that allow them to extract the most value from their markets, but the demands of each market are as unique as their zip codes. I was part of a small team that responded to the needs of the sales representatives of Bay Area News Group, and designed the branding, messaging and applications needed to capitalize on as many revenue opportunities as possible.
